Research Seminar: ‘Psychedelics and the brain'

 

Dr Meg Spriggs completed her PhD in Psychology at the University of Auckland, New Zealand in 2018. Her doctoral research focused on developing electrophysiological measures of neuroplasticity in ageing and cognitive decline. She has since joined the Centre for Psychedelic Research at Imperial College London with an interest in the neuropsychology and clinical application of psychedelics and psychedelic assisted therapy. She will be co-ordinating a new trial on psilocybin as a treatment for anorexia nervosa.
