These workshops bring together a transcontinental, multicultural group of entrepreneurs, business leaders, psychologists, coaches, consultants, trainers and researchers who are interested in transforming business approaches to become more collaborative, more agile, and to find avenues for greater innovation as a social norm.

The program offers different tracks.

Track 1: The science of Joint Venturing (JVology) for small business, 1-3 November 2019

This track is designed to provide entrepreneurs who are facing rapidly changing markets with resilience, flexibility and access to new customer demographics. Co-leadership enables societies to incorporate insights that shift their economic affairs, maximize the utilization of resources, and integrate an IT infrastructure so that opportunities are amplified. JVology brings together the right mix of people, fun and profit. This track splits into two to choose from: JVology Live and LOCAL LOUNGE HOST.

Track 1a: JVology LIVE, 1-3 November 2019
The Art and Science of Profitable Partnerships: Building joint venture relationships and find new partners to grow your business and practice.
Track 1b: JVology LOCAL LOUNGE HOST, 1-3 November 2019 (plus continued online training)
Build and run platforms for a joint venture community to enhance networks, practices and businesses.

Track 2: Spiral Dynamics Mastery Event, 5-7 November 2019

Build the transcontinental multilingual Spiral Dynamics (SD) Network and slot it into the joint venture relationships and community. The Developmental Psychology Spiral Dynamics tools, programs, consulting services and materials are designed to help individuals and organizations understand and navigate tough "people problems." They are based on more than 70 years of combined research, field testing, and improvements. This workshop takes participants through the different courses available for mastering the SD activities.

At the end of the workshops you will have the opportunity to build joint venture relationships and find new partners to grow your business. In addition, you will build and run a joint venture community to grow your networks and business taking into account the multicultural perspective.

The workshops should create a stimulating and enjoyable scientific forum for the international community of senior and young entrepreneurs, psychologists, coaches, consultants, trainers, practitioner and researchers in the field of JVology and developmental psychology, and will feature four integrated thematic areas, including keynote speakers, workshops, roundtable discussions, and exhibitions:

  • Developmental psychology
  • JVology
  • Individuals vs Community
  • Research vs Practice
