Digital User Journey has been the core element for digital media businesses. To personalize user experience the user's digital footprint and emotional behaviour is taken into account to determine the user's landing path and behaviour.

In this talk, a discussion on user journey using Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning are explored and touches on conversational analytics.
