The next Cancer Theme / Cancer Research Group invited lecture will be delivered by Professor Geoffrey Pilkington. In his presentation, Professor Pilkington will talk about his 5 decades of research on brain tumours covering his early studies on ENU-carcinogenesis and genesis of animal models of brain tumour and glioma invasion, as well as his more recent investigations into mitochondrial pathway targeting, pre-clinical models for drug delivery (BBB) and repurposed/reformulated drugs in neuro-oncology.
