How winning organisations last 100 years

In this week's webinar, Dr Pauline Parker interviews Professor Alex Hill about his recent research looking at how organisations sustain their success over time - see his recent Harvard Business Review article: "How winning organisations last 100 years".

She will ask him, based on his 7-study of the New Zealand All Blacks, British Cycling, Eton, NASA, Royal Academy of Music, Royal College of Art, and the Royal Shakespeare Company: "How should individuals and organisations try to navigate the current crisis?"

Please note: once registered, you will be emailed with a link to the Zoom webinar platform 2 hours prior the event, and again 10 minutes before the event begins. You do not need an account to view.

Booking is essential to attend this event.
