Agile – a flexible way of working in a volatile business environment

The event will briefly introduce Agile project and product delivery methodologies (AgilePM and Scrum) and demonstrate how applying them could help businesses to cope with volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous market conditions. Core Agile principles and practices including planning and prioritisation, iterative development and incremental delivery, quality control and transparency, will be introduced in this session. The audience will get a taster of how building some of those practices into one's operating model would enable their business to respond to change efficiently and thrive in difficult times. There will be an opportunity to ask questions throughout and after the talk, as well as exchange ideas with the presenter after the event.
