Julian Clark, Global Senior Partner of full-service international law firm Ince and a Kingston alumni, will provide his personal experience of handling shipping & international trade disputes over his 30 year career in the law. The lecture will examine key legal decisions, casualties, and economic pressures that have helped to develop the international supply chain as it is today. Finally, Julian will examine Cyber risk – shipping's next pandemic.

The talk is entitled From the Titanic to the Pandemic: how international trade and shipping has met the challenge.
