KUWEN: How do we put customers at the heart of business and government decisions post COVID?

Katy Taylor is currently Chief Strategy and Customer Officer at Go-Ahead, the FTSE 250 transport company. She has worked across the international bus and rail business for nearly 9 years, moving a billion people a year, with responsibility for strategy, sustainability, customer experience, corporate affairs, commercial development and marketing.  

Katy has led culture change programmes, reputation strategy, development of climate change strategy and digitisation of customer service and retail channels, including contactless and mobile ticketing. She has also represented the bus and rail industry at conferences and events including parliamentary select committees and Conservative party conferences, as well as chairing industry wide committees on diversity. She is Chairman of Ontrack Retail, an ecommerce start-up that builds app and retails tickets for travel and Non-executive director on the Board of Anchor Hanover, England's largest not-for-profit provider of housing and care for older people. 

Prior to Go-Ahead, Katy worked across a variety of financial and professional service firms including IG Group, VTB, Kroll and LCP, leading change programmes to deliver growth.
