All are welcome to this free seminar, in which the Department of Law welcomes Craig Sharpe to discuss the changes in the legal services market, and the impact on students looking for a job within law firms.
Craig Sharpe is a Marketing Consultant at Axiom DWFM law firm. Axiom is a dynamic, fast growing and diverse law firm with over 60 lawyers.
Before working in marketing Craig gained over 15 years experience as a solicitor before changing career in 2010.
Craig's unusual career journey means he has deep insights to pass on about the significant changes in law firms and how this has impacted recruitment and the attributes applicants to law firm must now demonstrate. Craig will pass on practical insights which will help students when applying to law firms.
Craig is likely to be joined by a lawyer from Axiom DWFM who will talk about their experience of working in the firm and legal market trends.
There will be an opportunity for a student who attends the event and enters into a post-event activity to be offered some work experience at Axiom DWFM - this event is not to be missed for all law students!
