Please join us online for an important talk about acknowledging 'Mental Health' and how we can understand and aid ourselves and those around us.
The plot of 'The Gravity of Us' by KU Big Read author Phil Stamper involves characters going through many changes – through which their mental health needs careful handling. Several characters discuss their mental health needs.
The event will feature Yvalia Febrer (who chairs the Kingston University Staff LGBTQI+ Network and sits on the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Committee), Emily Boynton (Former Executive HR Director at Kingston and LGBT lead within the university's Senior Leadership Team) and Professor Ana Nikcevic (chartered psychologist and a psychological therapist with research expertise in clinical and health psychology at Kingston).
