World Mental Health Day 2022

In support of World Mental Health Day, we have a series of lightening talks on loneliness, the importance of nutrition and mental wellbeing, how to reduce stress in daily life, how fitness can help enhance physical and mental health, and mental health services available for people from all walks of life.

Please join us for this free event to welcome Dr Sabira Mannan, Dr Nora Vyas (Department of Psychology, Faculty of Business and Social Sciences), Dr Hilda Mulrooney (Department of Applied and Human Sciences, Faculty of Health, Science, Social Care and Education), invited guests from charities, student wellbeing services, and a fitness expert.
