All are welcome to the first Behavioural Science seminar of the year, led by Zsófia Belovai, Lead Behavioural Scientist at MoreThanNow.
Through the presentation and the following Q&A, you will get an insight into the opportunities and challenges of commercial field research. You will also hear case studies of how MoreThanNow employed robust research tools across areas such as diversity and inclusion, performance management, and learning and development.
This event is open to interested university staff, research students, and external partners, so please feel free to share the registration link with your internal and external networks.
While psychology and behavioural science aim to understand humans better, there has been a pressing disconnect between what is being studied in labs and the world outside of university gates. Similarly, traditional organisational consulting has rarely employed evidence-based and robustly tested tools to improve employees' lives.
This seminar will focus on introducing our work at MoreThanNow, aiming to bring the lab and the world together. Working with FTSE500 companies and professors from Harvard Business School, UCL, INSEAD, and many other institutions, our goal is to improve organisational processes with the use of data analysis and randomised control trials to give recommendations that have a causal effect on company culture.
Booking is essential to attend this event.
