What drives people to behave as they do? Is it really just about good and bad apples? In this talk, Chris will share his experiences and insights of applying a behavioural science lens to driving ethics in a large multi-national business.
About the speaker
Chris Rider is a Senior Behavioural Scientist within ethics, risk and compliance at Novartis. He specializes in applying behavioural science to create ethical cultures and experimental ways to drive speak-up behaviours. His work has been published multiple times in MIT Sloan and was the winner of the ECEC 2022 project of the year.
