Research

I am very passionate about the work environment and the Real Estate Environment. I have previously looked into Productivity drivers of knowledge workers in London where a defined timescale and environment and behavioural conditions do influence productivity. It was also found that knowledge workers need quiet spaces for concentration and mental wellbeing. I am currently focusing again on Wellbeing in the workplace, but this time on women and how both female and male leaders have pivotal as roles in the strife for a more balanced workplace environment and greater gender equity.

I am also a member of the  Wellbeing at Work (https://www.wwkresearch.com/) Research group.
