Dr Danae Prokopiou


I am a Lecturer in Forensic Science at Kingston University. My research interests mainly focus on the development of novel X-ray diffraction and X-ray imaging techniques for forensic science (e.g. identification of unknown substances), aviation security (e.g. security screening of luggage and electronic devices), trace evidence analysis and diagnostic medicine (e.g. early detection of osteoporosis). I am also a certified expert witness by Bond Solon.
