My PhD study titled as 'A framework for Collaborative Costing in the UK Construction Industry: An exploratory study' has led to various peer-reviewed publications in journals and international conferences. I continue to remain active within the research area having authored a publication in a leading reputable refereed built environment journal (Journal of Financial Management of Property and Construction) and published in several international conference proceedings (International Group For Lean Construction (IGLC)). I am a member of the editorial review panel of the Journal of Construction Economic and Building and a reviewer for the IGLC. I am currently researching the latest trends in Lean Construction and the concept of collaborative costing in practice. My main objective is to contribute towards promoting and embedding ‘research-informed' teaching at Kingston University, developing our students professional, and technical skills to prepare them for a range of exciting, challenging and fulfilling career in built environment.
