Programme Director of the MSc Real Estate

I am the Programme Director of the MSc Real Estate and oversee and manage all postgraduate Real Estate programmes at Kingston Business School. I am a lecturer in Property Agency Law & Practice and Real Estate Professional Practice in the undergraduate real estate course and Real Estate Fundamentals and Real Estate Research Principles at the postgraduate level. I am a guest lecturer and public speaker in Regenerative Business and Regenerative Leadership. I also bring people together from outside the university and within the university to challenge and develop our programmes and the way we teach them, as well as to network and add value to all parties.

I  mentor students working on live client projects and supervise research projects at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, delivering excellent outcomes for clients and life-changing skills.

My research focuses on residential investment, strategy of housing market investors, sustainable and regenerative real estate, and placemaking. I have more than 12 years of experience in the US real estate business and have worked for prestigious real estate brokerages in Beverly Hills and Miami Beach. 

Areas of academic interest: Residential Investment Decisions; Housing Supply and Markets; Real Estate Investor Behaviour, Regenerative Design for Business.
