My role is to act as the clinical placement lead for the nursing associates in training across the South West London and South East Thames regions.
I am responsible to support their development by preparing them for practice; undertaking clinical placement visits; liaising with their practice assessors/supervisors; line managers and academic zone leads.
My role is to ensure effective communication between the students, university faculty and the clinical partnership networks.
