I have an MBA from Kingston University in International Business.

I am currently teaching MSC masters students the Fundamentals of Business Management module both in Kingston university and at Gisma in Hamburg, combined with first hand experience on the Simventure computer simulated business application.

I am also teaching a module on Enterprise and Innovation to the Business degree students at Kingston college which is based around my experiences of running both small and large enterprises.

My background is 40 years in retail/buying/business management both in a family business and other global businesses plus running my own SME over the last 16 years.

As a business practitioner I have many years experience in businesses such as Courts (a global furniture business), Ikea and my own swimwear company, Jakabel.

I am also a trained hypnotherapist, foster carer and personal trainer with relevant certification.
