Self-help guides

If you or someone you know is experiencing difficulties these guides provide a reference point for further information, suggestions on how to make positive changes and where to find further support.

Written by clinical psychologists the series contains 20 booklets with self-help materials on the following topics:

  • Bereavement
  • Controlling Anger

  • Panic
  • Post Traumatic Stress

Each guide is also available as an audio file as a helpful alternative to written material and provides the option of selecting a guide to send via email to a friend or yourself for future reference. The guides are available free of charge.
