The University has produced an online library of self-help guides which provide practical advice and support for a wide range of issues that may affect personal wellbeing.

If you or someone you know is experiencing difficulties these guides provide a reference point for further information, suggestions on how to make positive changes and where to find further support.

Written by clinical psychologists the series contains 20 booklets with self-help materials on the following topics:
