  • Kingston Language Scheme

There won't be a Russian Complete beginners module starting in semester 1. Please register your interest in taking a beginners course in January by sending an email to:

Russian modules are year-long, over 2 teaching blocks. Students can choose to take a language for one teaching block or continue for the whole year.

Our Russian courses follow the blended learning approach; which consists of a combination of face-to-face classes and online/virtual classes. During the first half of each teaching block, students will attend traditional classes at Kingston University and the second half will be online real time interactive (virtual) classes with the language tutor.

At the end of each teaching block there will be two assessments: Reading & Writing and an Oral Assessment.

Please note KLS assessments cannot be rescheduled.

Please note: A minimum of 10 students are required in order for a course to run. Should any course not recruit enough students, it will be cancelled.
