Our Health and Wellbeing team provide students with confidential, flexible services such as one-to-one counselling, online support and self-help as well as dedicated support and resources for students with disabilities and long-term health conditions.
If you have a disability or a mental health issue, we will support you during your time at Kingston University. Students with long-term health conditions, mental health conditions, physical or sensory impairments and specific learning differences, such as dyslexia are all entitled to support.
You can access a range of sport and fitness facilities on campus to help you maintain a healthy lifestyle, including an indoor Fitness Centre at our Penrhyn Road campus and a 55-acre multi-sport sports ground at Tolworth Court.
We also have dedicated facilities for faith and spirituality such as our purpose-built Faith Centre that contains spaces for prayer, worship, meditation, reflection and discussion, as well as pastoral support and advice for students.
