Biography

Sport Scientist with a keen interest on analysing taping techniques in delaying muscle fatigue. The main focus of my PhD is to gain some scientific clarity into the effects of Kinesiology Tape (KT), and whether it is a useful aid in aiding muscle fatigue, through a physiological and Psychological perspective.  

Have previously worked in football clubs (Crystal Palace FC, Fulham FC & AFC Wimbledon) as a Performance Analysts, as well as working for Physiotherapy clinics in London. .
