Knowledge Transfer Partnerships (KTP) is one of Europe's leading and most established graduate recruitment programmes, enabling forward-thinking businesses to harness universities' expert knowledge, technology and research to help them improve their processes and products via innovative projects.
KTP is a three-way partnership between a business, academic/research institution and a qualified graduate (known as an associate). The graduate will work on the strategic, innovative project for up to three years under the supervision of a Kingston University academic team and a manager based within the organisation. The graduate will be an employee of Kingston University but based at the partner company.
To be selected as a Knowledge Transfer Partnership associate, you need to be a recently-qualified graduate from any university (usually with 2:1 or above in your first degree).
