Kingston’s Enterprise Support department visited all shortlisted contenders in the Best Business for Training and Development category and selected Malcolm Johnson & Co. Solicitors as the winner.

Deborah Lock, Executive Director of Enterprise Support said; "This was a great opportunity for the University to meet with local employers and to understand their approach to investment in the training and development of their staff.

The winning organisation was particularly impressive because they really understand the importance of training, are genuinely interested in developing their employees and make a clear link between well trained staff and offering the best possible service to clients."
