I am specialised in Chinese Consumer Experience Research, Consumer Culture and Cross-cultural Marketing Communication. I have lectured various Business Management modules and Chinese modules at Higher Education Institutions since 2007 with cross-disciplinary knowledge in language, culture, experience (co)-creation and marketing communication.
