I graduated as an electrical engineer from University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka in 2004. I also completed CIMA(UK) in parallel to my engineering studies. After working in textile industry briefly as a productivity engineer, I joined Srilankan Airlines as an Engineering Instructor and managed to obtain Instructor approval for Airbus A320 and EASA part 66 on avionics.
I have been working as a Senior Lecturer in Aircraft Engineering at Kingston university since 2008. I completed my master of research degree on mathematical modelling of human upper limb in 2012.
