About

Before I started working in the commercial world, I have extensive experience as a professional athlete, where I had numerous international and national achievements, one of which was a bronze medal at the World   Handball Championships 1989.

I have worked as a consultant and market researcher for 20 years in Bulgaria and UK with many professional organisations including various for-profit and non-profit sports clubs and organisations.

I have been teaching since 2019 as an HPL at Kingston University across different departments aligning modules such as Entrepreneurship in SMEs, International Business and Trade, International Business Operations and Project Management.

I am currently working on a PhD which investigates the connection between the elite football club and their academy.

I have extensive experience as a professional sports athlete, coach and market researcher in Bulgaria and in the UK working with sports associations, elite sports clubs, schools and businesses.

For more than 20 years, I consulted various for-profit organisations  (from SMEs, Agriculture, logistics and HVAC); non-profit and professional sports clubs (sports bodies, schools, London boroughs and professional sports clubs in Bulgaria and the UK), where I had the opportunity to work and manage different stakeholders focusing strategy and improving operating performance.
