Sarah Nicol

I have been a working audio professional in the broadcasting industry for 20+ years, in both radio and television.

I'm currently a Studio Manager for Monocle Radio, as well as a freelance podcast producer.

Previous projects have been Resonance FM, where I was General Manager for seven years. There, I enabled over 30,000 broadcasts to take place, trained around 200 volunteers in broadcast engineering, commissioned programmes, and lead on special live projects such as broadcasting from Pride In London and Index On Censorship's Freedom of Expression awards.

In television, I've worked for MTV, ITV, Channel 4 here in the UK. TVNZ, Maori Television, and Sky Sport in New Zealand.

I DJ as Nana Nicol and have a monthly radio show on Brixton Radio.

Founder of KU Radio. Kingston University's Student Radio Station.
