Come and see Adam Elliott-Cooper, currently a doctoral researcher in the School of Geography and the Environment at the University of Oxford, talk about his research that focuses on black resistance to police violence in post-2011 London.

Kingston Choral Society marks the 400th anniversary of Shakespeare's death with a deliciously varied programme of Shakespearean music. Vaughan Williams' cantata based on The Merry Wives of Windsor and Finzi's exquisite Shakespeare songs rub shoulders with a fascinating tribute by the 18th-century composer Thomas Linley and the seductive Songs and Sonnets by jazz pianist George Shearing.
