Miss Bojana Popovic

About

After four and a half years as a Specialist in Post-War & Contemporary Art at Christie's, Bojana is now working as an independent art advisor, providing a distinct consulting service with a strong emphasis on academic expertise, curatorship and art market knowledge.

Prior to her work at Christie's, she received a Masters in Curating from The Courtauld Institute of Art and worked for several years at TATE Britain, The Serpentine Galleries, and as a Collection Manager for a distinguished private gallery in Zurich and Paris. During her time at Christie's, she also led art history lectures in collaboration with Christie's Education, specifically for their MA classes.

Since then, Bojana has been working as a freelance Art History lecturer, contributing to exhibition catalogues, and offering her expertise to private clients as a consultant and artist liaison. She is passionate about both established and emerging artists, particularly in a curatorial capacity – bridging the masters of the 20th century with younger talent through visually striking displays. Through her lectures Bojana draws thought-provoking parallels between the protagonists of post-war art and the artists shaping the cultural scene today.
