Teaching quality

Our staff are research-active and respected in their fields. Their expertise and commitment are particularly valuable for:

  • monitoring and developing programmes.

Staff actively publish research and participate in conferences. Many also maintain business and industry links or are active practitioners of their subjects. This means that you will be working with people at the forefront of the latest thinking and practice.

External reviews

In 2010, Kingston University was assessed by the Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education (QAA) and awarded a judgement of Confidence (the highest outcome) in the quality and standards at Kingston University and provision delivered with collaborative partners.

In particular, the report highlighted the following as an example of good practice:

  • the University's use of liaison officers in supporting collaborative partners and the strengthening of this role since the last collaborative provision audit undertaken by the QAA.
