About

Having worked for several years in the both the NHS and the private health sector, I joined Kingston University in February 2021.  Prior to this I was a Specialist Nurse - Organ Donation with NHS Blood and Transplant, with my primary background before that being in adult critical care.  My career began in Ireland, where I gained my BSc (Hons) in Adult Nursing from University College Cork before moving to the UK.  I teach across both the BSc and MSc programmes, primarily on final-year pre-registration modules, as well as the Nursing Associate programme.  I am also delighted to contribute to post-registration courses including the Emergency Care and Intensive Care elements of the Healthcare Practice BSc and MSc.

Since Autumn 2022, I am undertaking an MSc in Leadership and Management in Health in the Kingston University Business School.
