Ms Amanda Lewis

About

I am a senior lecturer for the BSc and MSc Historic Building Conservation programmes, specifically focussing on the interaction of built heritage assets and the regeneration of urban environments, and where I enable, direct and supervise student research projects.  This current role is founded on 25 years of teaching in the built environment disciplines of Architecture, Real Estate, both Building and Quantity Surveying and also Town and Country Planning.  My research activities are based on the pedagogy of sustainability in the professional education of these built environment disciplines.  They expanded through my directorship of a Centre of Excellence funded by HEFCE initiative.
