  • It is specifically designed to help meet the growing need for skilled aircraft maintenance engineers. Our fully accredited courses meet the exacting requirements of the industry's licensing bodies, which will help you fast track a career in aircraft maintenance and its management.
  • You get to work with cutting-edge facilities from the start of your course up to its completion and to work alongside industry leaders.
  • In addition to academic study, you take work-based modules that give you hands-on experience of:
    • aircraft components and equipment replacement;
    • inspection;
    • condition monitoring; and
    • fault diagnosis and rectification.
  • You also gain an understanding of the work environment and legal requirements relating to the operation of commercial aircraft.
  • A range of resources both at Kingston and at partner institutions.
  • The opportunity to apply for an EASA Category B1.1 aircraft maintenance engineering licence after completing the course and a further two years' work experience.
