This year's Health Week is taking place between 14 and 18 February and we will be holding a series of free activities to promote good health and wellbeing.
Some of the activities offered include:
- workout classes – take part in belly dancing, Pilates, Muay Thai conditioning or core strength sessions at the Fitness Centre;
- recreational sport sessions – come and try badminton, tennis, table tennis and netball in a non-competitive and friendly environment;
- stress awareness workshop for students – students can receive expert advice and techniques to reduce and manage stress levels; and
- walking for health – take part in an organised walking session (with qualified leader) and start to gain the benefits of this physical activity.

Fitness Centre special offer
If you introduce a friend to the Fitness Centre between 14 February and 14 March and both receive one month's free membership. The friend introduced must be a new member. Terms and conditions apply.
