Student Wellbeing has been running Health Week for a number of years and has been successful, both in terms of the amount of free activities available during the focus week and the wellbeing support services on offer. We want to build on Health Week and promote awareness of a range of health topics and active lifestyles throughout the year. We will now have a monthly health focus to explore various wellbeing topics, both physical and emotional, to help raise awareness and offer ways to improve your wellbeing.
It is our aim that those taking part in Health Week feel inspired, motivated, encouraged and supported by our wellbeing services to always choose the healthy option while studying and working at Kingston University and beyond.
