When you're preparing to study overseas, there are some important dates you need to be aware of. From making your initial application to paying your fees, it's crucial you don't miss any deadlines. So to help you out, we've created an admissions timeline below.
Whether you're applying for our next intake or have already accepted an offer, this calendar of key dates will help you get off to a great start at Kingston University.

The following timeline is for students starting their studies in January 2026.
The dates apply to students on standard courses. If you're not enrolled on a standard course, you will receive instructions from the relevant admissions team.
- 1 September 2025: CAS request opens
We recommend requesting your Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) as soon as you have accepted an unconditional offer to study with us. You can find out more on our CAS webpage. - 12 December 2025: Admissions application deadline
Applications for this intake must be submitted by this date. We can’t accept any applications after this date.
If you miss the deadline, you’re welcome to apply for a future intake through the course page. - 16 December 2025: Admissions confirmation deadline
To secure your place, you will need to submit all required documents and meet any outstanding offer conditions by this date.
This is also the final date to confirm your offer with us. - 19 December 2025: CAS deposit deadline (for postgraduate taught applicants only)
Your tuition pre-payment for the CAS must be transferred, cleared and received by this date. - 19 December 2025: CAS request deadline
We won’t be able to accept CAS requests after this date. This is to make sure you have enough time to secure your student visa. - 19 December 2025: Pre-CAS interview deadline
Applicants from Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka are strongly encouraged to complete the Pre-CAS interview by this date. This is to help ensure your CAS is issued on time. - 19 January 2026: Welcome Week begins
- 26 January 2026: Teaching starts

If you're from a country listed under the ‘differential evidence requirement’ on the UKVI website, you may be eligible for alternate documentary or visa timelines.
All deadlines are subject to regular review to best support Kingston’s international recruitment. If any dates change, we will promptly inform our international agents and applicants.

- Kingston’s operational capacity to issue CAS and support enrolment in time for teaching
