The following timeline is for students starting their studies in September 2025.
The dates apply to students on standard courses. If you're not enrolled on a standard course, you will receive instructions from the relevant admissions team.
We recommend requesting your Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) as soon as you have accepted an unconditional offer to study with us. You can find out more on our CAS page.
Please note: CAS requests for undergraduate applicants will be paused during the UK results embargo from 8 – 14 August 2025.
Applications for this intake must be submitted by 15 August 2025. We can’t accept any applications after this date.
If you miss the deadline, you’re welcome to apply for a future intake through the course page.
To secure your place, you will need to submit all required documents and meet any outstanding offer conditions by 19 August 2025.
The final date to confirm your offer with us is also 19 August 2025.
For Postgraduate Taught applicants only: Your tuition deposit should have been transferred, cleared and received by us by 22 August 2025.
We won’t be able to accept CAS requests after 22 August 2025. This is to make sure you have enough time to secure your student visa.
Applicants from Afghanistan, Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Pakistan and Sri Lanka are strongly encouraged to complete the Pre-CAS interview by 29 August 2025. This is to help ensure your CAS is issued on time.
You will be able to move into your student accommodation from 17 September 2025.
Our Welcome Week activities start on 22 September.
Teaching starts on 29 September 2025.
Important information
If you're from a country listed under the ‘differential evidence requirement’ on the UKVI website, you may be eligible for alternate documentary or visa timelines.
All deadlines are subject to regular review to best support Kingston’s international recruitment. If any dates change, we will promptly inform our international agents and applicants.
These deadlines are based on:
- The availability of study visas
- The availability of space on your chosen course
- Kingston’s operational capacity to issue CAS and support enrolment in time for teaching
