Repeat after us: 'This KU Girl wants to be more active, this KU Girl will be more active, this KU Girl Can'

Kingston University is backing Sport England's This Girl Can campaign and offering a full week of FREE activities to encourage more women to engage in physical activity. Research revealed that two million fewer women than men play sport or work out on a regular basis and it is our mission to close this gap and make activities more accessible and appealing to the girls.

Taking the lead from BUCS - British Universities and College Sport #ThisBUCSGirlCan; this week we are joining them in offering a week of FREE activities for our own 'This KU Girl Can' focus week to support and motivate all student, staff and community members in the Kingston area - #ThisKUGirlCan.

Now that you have made the pledge, to yourself and all your fellow KU girls, why not grab a friend and join us next week for any of these FREE activities:
