Adult Nursing PgDip: Fees and bursaries

2018/19 fees for this course

Funding for 2018 entry

The Department of Health has previously provided bursaries for tuition fees and maintenance for new students starting a pre-registration postgraduate course.

At this stage we have not been informed if this funding will be available to new students in September 2018, and we are awaiting clarification from the Department of Health on the future approach to funding postgraduate education.

For further information, please see the Department of Health's consultation document called 'Reforming healthcare education funding: creating a sustainable future workforce' (PDF) document (pages 10-11); and The Funding Clinic website operated by the Council of Deans of Health.  Information on NHS bursaries can be found on the NHS Business Services Authority website.

International students are not eligible for an NHS bursary but can also apply to study the Nursing MSc. The fees for international students are £14,200 per year.
