About
I studied at the Accademia di Architettura at the Università della Svizzera Italiana in Mendrisio, Switzerland. I worked for Aires Mateus, Jonathan Woolf and Duggan Morris Architects before co-founding DC_DC with Dario Franchini in Lugano and London, and more recently in Zürich. Our projects are primarily located in Switzerland and the UK, but we are also currently working in France, St. Lucia, and Mexico, having been awarded the germanophone Best Architects prize in 2022, 2023 and 2025.
I have taught at Kingston since 2016 and was a visiting Professor in Mexico in 2021. I have lectured in Switzerland, Portugal, Romania (where I co-curated the Architecture section of the Romanian Design Week), Mexico, Armenia and Argentina. I have recently graduated from the WSET with research on interspecific hybridisation of grape cultivars against the effects of climate change.
