Frequently-asked questions
We recommend attending all sessions to get the most out of the day. We also understand that this won’t be right for everyone, so there’s no pressure to participate if you don’t want to. There will be plenty of breaks in the programme, as well as a quiet room nearby.
The Autism Transition Day is aimed at students transitioning from school to higher education for the first time. You’re also welcome to come along if you’re at a different level but think you would find the event useful.
You can bring up to one parent, carer or guardian with you to the Autism Transition Day. Please let us know on the application form. There will be a dedicated session for parents, carers or guardians to ask questions.
