The Inspire the Future campaign is made up of a number of different projects, all with the ultimate goal of inspiring both excellence and access here at Kingston University. Each of our projects is student-facing and 100% of your support benefits students directly.
The challenges faced by care leavers are considerably higher than those faced by the majority of students. Kingston University is committed to helping these talented young people succeed.
Our Hardship Fund is for students who, through no fault of their own, need urgent financial help to complete their studies. It can mean the difference between a student dropping out and graduating successfully.
Kingston staff and students are brimming with wonderful ideas. That's why the Opportunities Fund is giving seed funding to help get innovative projects off the ground.
Postgraduate Scholarships enable the brightest and best to further their education and complete innovative research here at Kingston. Our scholars graduate in a range of disciplines and are inspired to make an impact on society.
We combine a critical engagement with real-world problems with dynamic thinking in order to create research that is both vital and cutting edge.
This vital fund supports needy students with the often considerable costs of final-year geosciences fieldwork. It was set up in 1996 in memory of Doug Whitten who effectively founded the School of Geography, Geology and the Environment when we first began to teach geology here in 1946.
Your generous giving has so far achieved amazing things. You're part of a community of donors made up of more than 4,500 alumni, friends and supporters who have made a gift to Kingston. In doing so, you have provided students with the tools and the opportunities they need to become the innovators and leaders of tomorrow.
Your regular support is hugely important. Your commitment helps the University plan more effectively and efficiently for the future, and ensures we are able to offer Kingston's current and future students an enriching, educational experience.
We would like to take this opportunity to once again express our sincere thanks to all of you who have made a gift to Kingston. Together, your donations are enabling students to fulfil their potential, pursue their dreams, and enrich the lives of those around them.
