As international representatives for Kingston University, this page is designed to keep you up to date with all of the essential information required to guide applicants to join the students from over 140 countries to learn, collaborate across our courses at Kingston University.
All postgraduate taught (Masters) applicants (excluding Masters by Research MPhil/PhD) who require a student visa must pay a £5,000 non-refundable deposit, which is treated as part of the first instalment of the tuition fee, before students can request a CAS. Students who are sponsored by their Government, company or a regulated student loan scheme and undergraduate offer holders are exempt from paying a deposit. Evidence of the sponsorship or loan must be provided as part of the CAS request process.
Please note that UK Visas & Immigration (UKVI) have stopped priority and super-priority visa processing services for all applications being made from outside the UK as they continue to prioritise applications from Ukraine. This means that study visa applications are taking much longer to process. We strongly recommend that students apply for their student visa at the earliest possible opportunity (as soon as they accept the unconditional offer). For most courses, students need to have enrolled on-campus by 19th September 2022.
