Learning and Teaching Enhancement Centre

LTEC supports practising staff in achieving the highest level of professionalism and scholarship at all stages of their career, including staff starting their academic careers through to experienced staff across different career pathways and higher education professions. This is achieved through:

• the HEA (Advance HE) accredited continuing professional development framework, Kingston Academic Practice Standards (KAPS);
• the Introduction to Learning and Teaching programme for new academics and staff whose role involves teaching and / or supporting learning.
