Kingston University library buildings are currently only available for specific groups of postgraduate students to complete course work by prior arrangement. From 14 September access will be available to all Kingston University Students and staff. We hope to restore access for all our learners and the wider community in the future and will share further details as soon as these become available.
When you enrol as a student at Kingston University, you automatically become a member of the library. You will have access to the University's four libraries.
We provide access to more than 380,000 books and audiovisual materials, 300,000 e-books and subscriptions to more than 73,000 electronic journals, many of which are available both on and off campus.
There are open access PCs and wireless access across the libraries, and there is also extensive support for disabilities in our Access Technology Rooms.
You will be able to book seminar rooms for group study, there are also facilities to watch and listen to audiovisual materials, and areas and equipment to help you prepare your work.
Expert advice and support is available from library staff, and we also provide a base for consultations with our careers, accommodation and student finance teams. We also provide information and links to electronic resources, referencing guides, and resources for your subject on the student intranet, My Kingston, as well as information on all the services we provide.
