Job role: Joint Programme Director for MSc Occupational and Business Psychology Programmes, Joint Course Director Part Time MSc Occupational and Business Psychology, Joint Course Director Professional Doctorate in Occupational and Business Psychology.     I divide my time between Affinity Health at Work, a niche consultancy specialising in health and wellbeing at work, and Kingston Business School, I work as an Associate Professor, leading the Masters and Professional Doctorate programmes in Occupational and Business Psychology (along with Joanna Yarker). I am passionate about maintaining a dual role as an academic and practitioner and a focus of my work is to improve evidence based practice in the field of Occupational Psychology, particularly in the area of health, wellbeing, resilience and engagement.  Working with colleagues Joanna Yarker and Emma Donaldson-Feilder, our research has been sponsored by the HSE, CIPD, IOSH, Mental Health Foundation, British Occupational Health Research Foundation and Cancer Research UK. This research has been translated into guides, toolkits and metrics that organisations can use to help organisations, managers, teams and individuals better manage their work. Our work has been published in academic and practitioner spaces. I am regular speaker at both academic and practitioner conferences and a contributor on magazines, articles, and TV and radio.
