Mr Robin Pembrooke

About

I have spent the last 20 years working in fast paced, creative digital and broadcast businesses, leading digital product teams who have designed, built and grown some of the most visited online destinations in Europe.

At the BBC I was responsible for content production systems and the digital products of BBC News, the World Service and BBC Weather during a time of rapid expansion of BBC News globally as we grew from 27 to 44 languages.  At Global Radio our digital product team supported the rebrand of the Heart network and the launch of the first Jingle Bell / Summertime Balls.  At ITV the teams were responsible for a complete redesign and relaunch of ITV News online.

I now work as a freelance consultant, coach and teacher, supporting corporate clients on digital strategy projects and coaching new leadership teams, alongside lecturing work at Kingston.

I apply that practical experience from the media industry, together with a set of tried and tested tools for Product Management and Project Delivery, the benefit of our students on our Creative Project Management and Culturepreneurship courses.
