A deposit of £150 is required to secure your child's place at nursery. This will then be off-set against your last nursery invoice (a six-week notice period applies).
The fees for the 2016/17 period are as follows:
| ||Students||Staff and general public
|Acorn Room (2–3 year olds)
|Oak Room (3–5 year olds)||£51||£69|
The fee covers a full day's childcare and includes all meals and retainers for the Christmas and Easter period when we are closed.
Early years funding is available for all eligible three and four year olds and is available from the term after your child's third birthday.
We stretch the early years funding over the 42 weeks in which we are open. The first 13.6 hours of childcare per child per week are delivered completely free of charge for children who are eligible to receive the early years funding (from the term after their third birthday). All other hours and sessions are chargeable at our standard rate.
Meals are not included as standard for funded sessions. This is because parents can choose to bring in a packed lunch from home. If you would like your child to have a meal provided by the nursery during funded sessions these are available at a charge of £5 per funded day.
We calculate the total annual invoice for each child based on the number of sessions booked and then divide this by 10 to come to a monthly invoice value. This ensures parents pay the same fees each month, provided there are no changes to the sessions attended and means that parents receive funding for the full 42 weeks.
Find out more information about the early years pupil premium, including whether you are eligible.
We are able to offer two-year-old funding to all eligible two year olds. This funding is received in the term after the child's second birthday. Please talk to the manager of the nursery for more details.
There is a new childcare scheme which is coming in to effect in 2017.
If you wish to pay by childcare vouchers you will need to sign up to the scheme through your employer before your child starts at the nursery.
